The Dura-Safe trim sets a new standard for markerboard safety. Featuring our superior magnetic porcelain steel surface for exceptional writability and erasability, the Dura-Safe board includes a full-length accessory tray fully encapsulated in silicone rubber, effectively eliminating all sharp edges and corners to provide a safer classroom environment. The rubber is colorfast,will not fade or shrink, and is fire-resistant. The tray is available in a variety of colors and can be mixed and matched with the silicone rubber insert provided in the full-length map rail. Match your school colors or any other desired color scheme. The board comes standard with a 1" high map rail with a silicone rubber insert, but an optional 2" high map rail is available which can be customized with your choice of text . Available standard colors are black, royal blue, red, navy blue or burgundy. Custom colors are also available. Mounting hardware is included.

The Green-Rite markerboard is the original and only markerboard produced through sustainable environmentally and socially responsible business practices. We are proud to inform you that our Green-Rite Markerboard has been Cradle to Cradle Certified. Cradle To Cradle certification is awarded to products that pursue an innovative vision of ecologically intelligent design that rejects the concept of waste. The porcelain steel dry erase board not only features a surface that provides superior writability, erasability, and color contrast, but is also manufactured in the USA under strict quality control specifications. MBDC has estimated that our Green-Rite boards are 84% recyclable and contain over 50% recycled materials. The substrate is constructed from durable and long lasting hardboard, and contains no added urea formaldehyde binders or adhesives, and is California Air Resources Board (CARB) exempt. The board surface is framed in our smoothly rounded black Presidential trim, which features rounded plastic corners for safety, and is 99% recyclable. A matching magnetic accessory tray is provided to hold markers and erasers.

The coordinate line board features 1" intersecting lines for easier mapping of coordinates. The penmanship line board features seven rows of solid and dashed lines to assist with proper upper and lower case letter drawing. For a dry erase board that withstands the test of time, there is simply no better choice than our porcelain steel markerboard surface. A layer of low gloss magnetic steel is laminated to a 7/16" thick MDF substrate for superior strength, durability, and moisture resistance. The surface is specially engineered to create greater color contrast with dry erase markers. and to provide smooth writability and easy erasability with no ghosting. Porcelain steel also offers reduced surface light distortion which enhances visibility to provide optimum eye comfort. Trimmed in anodized aluminum, the boards include a full-length tackable map rail and a full-length accessory tray with protective Dura-Safe rubber end caps. Mounting hardware is included.
