Triumph 4205 Manual Paper Cutter The Triumph 4205 Manual Paper Cutter is a 15" manual stack cutter. This compact and powerful cutter has a 1 1/2" cutting capacity and a 16 7/8" cutting width. The Triumph 4205 has 9" of table space in front of the blade and 15 5/16" behind the blade. The Triumph 4205 has a manual clamp and an extra large cut lever to cut with minimum effort. The back clamp on the Triumph 4205 is control by the manual crank on the front of the cutter. The Triumph 4205 has easy blade change and a transparent front safety guard and blade lock.
