Royal Sovereign RSS-1050N 41" High Speed Wide Format Roll Laminator

The RSS-1050N has a pretty terrific laminating width. It's capable of processing items that are up to 41 inches wide. This is a great machine to use if you need to work with trade show graphics, posters, and other large items.

This laminator can handle both pressure-sensitive and thermal laminating film. The film you use can be as thick as you want because this device is compatible with film that's 1 to 10 mil thick. You can also use mounting boards. Just make sure they're no thicker than 0.5".

The RSS-1050N can do both hot and cold processing. Since it can do cold lamination, you'll be able to laminate photographs and documents printed with water-based ink. (These kinds of items can be damaged by heat.)

You only have to wait about 10 minutes for this machine to warm up. When it's ready to go it can laminate almost 20 feet of material in a minute. (There are 9 speed settings in total.)This laminator has hot shoe technology that enables it to work much faster than your typical laminator. Thus, this is the perfect device to use when you need to finish your work quickly.

The RSS-1050N is very large and has dimensions of 55.1" (width) x 25.6" (depth) x 47.4" (height). (Obviously, this wouldn't be the best choice for a small work area.) It's also extremely heavy, weighing in at 308 pounds. However, there are casters on the bottom of the stand so you should be able to move it around if necessary.

This machine has a cross cutter that makes it really easy to remove your items once they've been laminated. There's also a side splitter for your convenience.

You'll find that this machine is pretty easy to use, as intimating as it may look. It has a digital control panel that really simplifies operation. And it comes with both a remote control and a foot pedal so you can keep your hands free when laminating.

It's unlikely that this machine will overheat because it's equipped with an automatic shutoff feature. (There's also a standby mode.) This will enable you to use the laminator for years to come. There's also a dust cover so you can keep the device clean.

This product comes with a pretty good warranty. It's covered for 1 year except for the rollers. Those are covered for 6 months.
