Tamerica OfficePro-21E Comb Binding Machine Product Review

Overview:

There are always new binding machines coming out and one of the latest is the Tamerica OfficePro-21E. It's a plastic comb binding machine that we recently tried out and we're pleased to report that it's a great choice for just about everyone. Let's take a look at this device and all of its features so you can determine if it's just right for you and your document finishing needs.

Features/ Strengths:

The OfficePro-21E is ideal if you need something with which to bind larger documents. It can bind documents that contain more than 400 pages and is compatible with combs that are up to 2� thick. This will allow you to create great-looking presentations, proposals, reports, and anything else you may need to bind.
This machine is equipped with an 11.7-inch punching throat. While this may seem like a weird measurement, it will allow you to use A4- and letter-sized sheets. There are also disengageable punching dies. Both of these features will give you some flexibility when picking out supplies for your documents.
One reason to give this machine a look is because it has an electric punch. This makes the device easy to use and it will allow you to punch as many as 20 sheets at a time. The terrific punching capacity will help you finishing binding your documents in very little time.
The OfficePro-21E has an adjustable depth of punch margin control. The device can punch holes in your documents from 2.5 to 6.5 millimeters away from the edge of the page. Adjusting the position of the holes will help you create documents that are more securely bound.
If you want a good-looking comb binding machine, the OfficePro-21E is the machine for you. This device has an eye-catching design and looks unique and modern. Also, it's surprisingly compact with approximate dimensions of 18� x 11� x 9�. Since it's so compact, it's a good choice for smaller workspaces and it's durable enough to withstand a good amount of use.

Limitations/Weaknesses:

We're pretty impressed by the Tamerica OfficePro-21E and would recommend it almost without hesitation to anyone who is in need of a plastic comb binding machine. We say �almost� because it can't punch and bind documents that are longer than 11.7�. Thus, this isn't the device to get if you need to bind legal-sized documents. (Not many people do, but there are some.)

Recommendation:

However, if you don't need to work with larger documents, you'll find that the OfficePro-21E is an excellent binding machine and you'll love the way it makes your documents look. It has excellent punching and binding capacities and it's compact. Thus, it's an ideal choice for almost everyone, especially people with smaller work areas.
