Strengths:

The Powershred MS-450Cs is a micro-cut shredder that offers a high amount of security. This device can turn a piece of paper into countless shreds that measure just 5/64� x 5/16�. You can count on your private information staying under wraps when you use this machine.
This machine has cutters that are strong enough to destroy staples, credit/debit cards, CD's, and DVD's. You can shred up to 7 sheets at a time with this device and shred continuously for up to 8 minutes.
The Powershred MS-450Cs has a 4.5-gallon waste bin so it's best for personal use either at home or in the office. Due to the size of the waste bin, this machine is actually small enough to fit under a desk. Its approximate dimensions are 22� (height) x 10� (width) x 14� (depth), so you won't have any trouble finding room for it. Plus, there are casters on the bottom of it so you can move it around easily.
This shredder has a number of user-friendly features including SilentShred and and SafeSense technology. The SilentShred feature ensures that you will be able to shred quietly and not disturb those around you. Also, the SafeSense technology will disable the machine when your hands are too close to the feed opening.

Weaknesses:

The PowerShred MS-450CS doesn't have an automatic oiling system so you will need to oil it manually on a regular basis. Make sure you only use shredder oil when doing so as other lubricants can damage the device.
This shredder won't shut off automatically. Make sure you turn it off yourself so that the motor doesn't overheat.
