Product Description

Have you ever tried to run perforated paper through your copier or printer? Until now the idea of running this 24lb Pre Punched 3:1 Twin Wire 32-Hole 8.5" X 11" Paper - Case through your equipment was nothing but trouble. However, these sheets are perfectly perforated every time. Run through rollers to remove any potential curl and then sealed in moisture resistant reams to ensure the highest quality results Our high quality Xerographic 20# cut sheets are perfect for high speed copiers, office copiers, desktop laser and ink jet printers, DocuTech style printers, along with small offset presses. Each or perforation is clean and consistent, every sheet, every ream, every time. There's no downtime or press service. It's the way every single sheet arrives...PERFECT. Pre punched and pre perforated sheets offer more productivity, time saving and reduced operating expenses which all add up to a more profitable bottom line.

This is 3:1 Wire Prepunched Paper!

3:1 wire is mostly used for projects with a smaller page count.

With prepunched paper, you can insert your stack of pages directly into your printer, which completely eliminates the need to punch the pages yourself.

Your final result will look something like this.

Now if you are going the way of prepunched paper, this probably means you’ll need to look into custom prepunched covers, which we can also do for you.

With your project printed, and your covers ready, you can use a wire closer to evenly press the binding closed. This is one binding that it’s very difficult to go completely without a machine.

However, you’re saving yourself a huge amount of time—punching your own pages can take up to 5 minutes per book.

So within an hour, you can punch and bind 12-20 projects yourself—or make closer to 60 projects in that hour using prepunched paper.

You may also have a simple, yet affordable machine. These are great, but if it doesn’t have interchangeable die pins, you can’t do custom sized projects. With prepunched paper we can cut and punch any size you need—which you can bind in any wire closer.

Questions & Answers

Thank you for your question. The 24lb Pre Punched 3:1 Twin Wire 32-Hole would work with ProClick as a 3:1 pitch binding style but the paper that has the oversized square holes would be a better fit to the Proclick spines, which can be found here .
