ProductDescription

MyBinding is excited to introduce this one of a kind, heavy duty spiral coil exclusively designed for use with a 3.2 to 1 pitch hole pattern (or 0.313 hole spacing). It can be used with a true, but not as common 3.2:1 pitch hole pattern (mostly available for large industrial binding punches) or the more common 3:1 wire binding hole pattern for binding large sized books with coil. The 3.2:1 diameter pitch is comparable and similar to 3:1 or 2.5:1. This special and limited type of coil length is only available in sizes greater than 23mm and it utilizes a more rigid filament to make the inserting process easier. 3.2:1 pitch coil is available in sizes from 23mm up to 50mm in diameter and with more than 45 colors, there's undoubtedly a color that will satisfy your eyes. In the past, binding large documents with coil was a huge pain but by using this coil, the process should be a whole lot easier.
Please Note that our 3.2:1 pitch coil is made to order, is non-returnable and can take an extra 1-2 business days to ship. If you need this product in a hurry please give us a call for options before ordering.

Welcome to MyBinding video. This is everything you need to know about spiral coil. First, there are sizes ranging from a 6mm diameter all the way to 50mm. The smallest size can hold up to 30 pages and the largest can hold up to 444. A great benefit to spiral coil is that the pages lay flat. Better yet, they fold nicely back to back and the choices of color is one of the largest in any type of binding. Standard size coil has a 4:1 pitch, which is compliant with its respected hole punches. The standard length of each coil is 12 inches. Coil should always be longer than the pages you're binding. There are also custom lengths up to 36 inches. With the extra length on each end, you finish off your book with special wire cutting crimpers. Once you're done, you'll have yourself a spiral coil bound book. For more demos, reviews and how-to's, go to MyBinding.com.
