Thank you for your question. The 8.5" x 11" Clear Covers are good letter sized option for a clear cover. They can be used as a front and/or Back cover. The thickness would depend on preference. The Thicker the cover the more rigid it will be. 7 Mil and 10 mil are the most popular thicknesses of clear cover.

If it doesn't say that it is prepunched in the description, when you add the covers to the cart it will give you that pop up window where you can specify whether or not you want punching and what pattern if you do.

Thank you for your question. Most covers ( including the 8.5" x 11" Clear Covers ) can be used in either orientation. If you would like them pre-punched for landscape use you would just need to leave a note in the order after selecting the punching style. Better yet if you ever need any customization to your covers give our customer service department a call at 1-800-944-4573 and they would be happy to help get your cover just the way you need them.

Yes. All of our clear covers have tissue between the layers in order to prevent scratching of the covers. We used to sell covers with no tissue but customers were always complaining about the scratches. We now include tissue at no charge so that your reports look their best every time.

Our letter size covers have square corners. However we do carry a slightly oversize 8.75" x 11.25" version of these covers with 2 rounded corners that are popular for comb binding. Or if you really needed round corners on these covers we can certainly do that for you for a minimal upcharge. Give us a call and we can make it happen.

We offer a couple of different options for printing logos on clear covers. We can print a full color high resolution logo on the cover using special flexible UV inks. The finished product looks amazing and we can do small quantities. Or we can add your logo using foil either printing it digitally or using a hot foil stamp with a die. Thickness is really about personal preference. However, one way to look at it is to think of 5mil as economy they are inexpensive but flimsy, 7mil as standard and 10mil as premium. Our most popular is 7mil followed closely by 10mil. The heavier 15mil and 20mil thicknesses are really designed for companies that need a really heavy and premium feel for their reports and can be a good option as an upgrade.
