If you have the Akiles CardMac Business Card Slitter and you don’t want to manually turn the handle anymore, this product is what you’re looking for. In the box is the motor and the power adaptor. Welcome to MyBinding video. This is the Akiles CardMac Power Pack. If you have the Akiles CardMac Business Card Slitter and you don’t want to manually turn the handle anymore, this product is what you’re looking for. In the box is the motor and the power adaptor. To use, slide the power pack under the right side of the machine so the two knobs fit together. They may not initially connect. If so, turn the wheel a small amount and try again. It should snap into place and I will admit that in this demo the piece never completely snapped into place but it’s still worked. Then plug in the adaptor and plug that into the wall circuit. It only works while you’re holding the power button. With your sheets in place push the power button and watch your sheets go through. Insert your newly cut strips into the second position and finish off your cards. There is a safety latch that should secure the power pack to the machine.
