Thank you for your question. The Black Eco-Coil 4:1 Recycled Spiral Binding Coils would be recycled as a #3 PVC plastic.

Thank you for your question. The Black Eco-Coil 4:1 Recycled Spiral Binding Coils come in packs of 100 up to 38mm, at 42mm the quantity drops to 50 per box.
Answered by MyBinding
Yes this coil is made out of food grade PVC similar to milk jugs. It can be recycled by many recycling services. However, many recyclers will ask that you remove the plastic coil from the edge of your book for recycling services so that they can recycle the parts separately.

Thank you for your question. The Eco-Coils are only available in the color black.
Answered by MyBinding
If you were to put the two side by side it would be very difficult if not impossible to tell the difference. The color, thickness and quality are the same. However, these coils are made from 100% post consumer waste instead of virgin PVC. This gives you a chance to keep some plastic from going into the landfill and will help you to fulfill your eco friendly initiatives.
