These are C-Line Write-On Poly File Jackets!
They nicely fit 8.5 x 11 inch paper to help keep them organized together like a folder, but more for filing.
Now, when you initially insert you pages, they may not fit in all the way easily, but if you open the bottom up all the way, then they fit perfectly.
And because it expands, you can fit a good stack of pages in them.
You can write on them as well, even with pencil and pen, which is unusual for plastic folders.
Because they are meant more for filing purposes, they are thinner, and because of this they tear much easier.
They are slightly thicker than paper, but actually quite a bit thinner than our regency leatherette covers.
