This letter-size desk folder is made of sturdy sealed leather-like black vinyl. The inside front cover includes a card holder and patented Expand-A-Pocket that holds a generous amount of papers. A ruled writing pad is included.

Opening it up we see the pad of lined paper provided. Pull it out from the top to replace it. And to do that, slip the chipboard into the slit at the top.
There is a single pocket on the left to insert pages. You could probably get close to 30 pages in there because it does expand a bit.
There is a single slot for a business card. Slip it in like so.
And right in the center is a loop to hold a pen—so you’re never without one!
