It’s a fairly basic, light weight plastic cover, clear on the front and black on the back.
On the left is a slide out tab. Slide it out to release your pages. Insert up to 30 pages(as seen here) into the cover and slide the grip back over the pages to hold them in place.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have any half sized report covers. The half sized covers we have are single piece covers designed to be used with binding machines.
