    For the printer who requires a very small and compact off-line numbering machine and who has a limited volume of work, we proudly offer the Count Tablematic Eleven; considered to be the finest manually operated numbering machine in the world. Short run numbering can be quite profitable with this model.

    It is portable, manually fed and foot switch operated numbering system designed to crest number carbonless forms or single sheets. The model eleven comes with a six wheeled gothic fore operating numbering head which can number up to a six part form. There are six standard repeat sequences on the numbering head.

    The inking system consists of a patented disposable cartridge system containing an oil based ink and a felt pad. Each cartridge is good for approximately 35,000 numbering impressions. The entire numbering head simply swings upward for easy ink cartridge replacement and number wheel adjustments. You can number both horizontally and vertically, by simply rotating the head ninety degrees on the crossbar.

    You can number virtually anywhere on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper, making this a very versatile machine. Positive registration is accomplished by a magnetic backstop and built-in side rails. Production speeds are limited to about 1,000 per hour.

    Very liberal trade and allowances are available to Tablematic owners who wish to upgrade for larger models when their volume justifies it.

    We need to usually print the serial number at more than one location on the form. Can multiple heads be mounted and print at one go ?

    This machine can only be equipped with 1 head. The NumberPro, AutoPro, FC114 & FC114A can all be equipped with 2. However, you can set the single head to repeat the same number twice and just move the sheet to number the same number in two spots.     We need to count number of bags loading from ground level on the truck. Any numbering machine is available by which if operator tapped with a numbering stick on the bags, counting number should appear on the bags. This is mainly for counting bags/ boxes.

    Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have any numbering machines that have a counting stick or a way apply numbers to items remotely. All of the numbering machines that we carry are either tabletop for freestanding stations.

    can the unit be used with fast dry inks. If it uses a pad, can the pad be removed and the ink cartridge be removed using onyl the fast dry ink

    Thank you for your question. In speaking with the manufacturers, they no longer a fast drying ink to work with their Count Tablematic Plus Tabletop Numbering Machine and the do not recommend it's use with the machine. They found that after time it would clog and eventually damage the machine. They also found that the fast drying ink had issues actually drying when applied to vinyl and plastic.

    We have a very old Count Numbering Machine Model TM Pro-2, was wondering if there are new numbering heads that we could purchase to fit that machine?

    Thank you for your question. In speaking with the manufacturer they said that depending on the machine that you have you can get replacements number heads but if the machine is older there is a possibility that you would need to update the machine in order for the replacement heads to work. It would be beneficial in this case to purchase new rather than replacing the heads. Give our customer service department a call at 1-800-944-4573 and we can help find the right machine for you.
