The Exp 62 plus gives you the versatility of using low melt, pressure sensitive or thermal laminating film with independent upper and lower electronic temperature controls with LED display. The Exp 62 Plus has many features including; roller lift for easy film loading, release liner rewind, "Ready" and "Wait" temperature indication lights and a sturdy feed- back table the adjustable feed guide. The laminator speed, direction, and fan controls are located on the right hand panel. Speed is controlled with a turn of a knob. The EXP 62+ can operate at speeds up to 10 feet per minute. Rear cooling fans help keep thermal films flat when exiting the laminator. Laminating roller height and pressure is adjusted with a spring tension handle. The rollers can gap up to half inch. A removable safety shield helps keep fingers safe during the lamination process. A print squaring guide helps ensure that prints enter the laminator perfectly straight. Film supply tension is adjusted with a simple turn. An integrated release liner take-up allows operators to laminate with pressure sensitive materials. And optional slitter kit trims materials as they exit the laminator. An optional foot pedal also allows for hands free mounting and laminating.
