Introducing the EXP 65+ Wide Format Laminator from D&K Group. The EXP 65+ Wide operates on a 208 Volt, 20 Amp circuit. The main power switch automatically turns on an optional LED light bar on the laminator frame. A digital control panel makes operation simple. A programmable memory bank saves up to five settings to run your most common jobs. Temperature settings on the top and bottom rollers can be manually adjusted up to 280 degrees. The laminating rollers are raised and lowered using the touch controls. Rollers can open up to 1 and 7/8 inches high. A colored light bar displays the amount of pressure between the rollers. Speed can be adjusted up to 21 feet per minute. The rollers begin rotating with a simple touch and are stopped with a press of a button. Emergency switches also stop the laminator from running. The control panel allows operators to turn on a foot pedal option and a rear fan bank to cool thermal films. Fan speed is controlled with a turn of a dial. And electronic eye detects obstructions and automatically stops the rollers. A swinging feed table makes loading films and media simple. And optional feed guide flattens prints before entering the laminator. The squaring guide helps ensure that prints enter the laminator perfectly straight. The laminator features film and media supply shafts with measuring guides that easily lock into place. Supply shaft tension is adjusted with a turn of a knob. A print take up winds up laminated product in the back for easy handling. Pole rollers on the back of laminator are adjusted with a lever.
