The product you're about to see is one of many solutions we offer to meet your needs. Please take a look. Duplo is proud to offer the DC-445 Creaser, part of the slit, cut, and crease family. By creasing applications such as greeting cards and brochures before folding, the common problem with ink and toner cracking is eliminated. Using Duplo's patented air suction feed system, the DC-445 can continuously crease documents at speeds of up to 50 sheets per minute. With the 4" feed capacity, short run digital jobs as well as longer run offset jobs can be quickly and easily set up and finished. The creaser's transport section uses special coated rollers to prevent any scuffing or scratching during the creasing process. The creased sheets are then delivered neatly stacked on the adjustable receiving tray. The DC-445 has a user-friendly LCD control panel. It has 30 memory locations to store the most common jobs. Programming a job is extremely easy as the menu guides you throughout the programming process. First select an empty job location and then enter your job name. Next, enter the paper size and crease size. Next, configure the additional options to your liking. On the final job entry screen, enter Yes and your job will be saved. After programming, simply load the sheets onto the feeding section then adjust the side and rear guides. Press Start and the machine will begin feeding on its own. The operator is not required to be at the machine while it is running. Recalling a job is even easier. Simply select the job number, load the sheets, and hit Start. Change over takes less than 10 seconds. With the capability to process 15 creases per pass and with the option of adding perforating or slitting modules which increase versatility, the DC-445 is the perfect solution for a wide range of applications to ensure they stay crisp and professional after folding.
