When the trimmings receptacle is full, pull it out and empty it in the trash. It’s a decent size, and is see through, so you can actually tell when it’s full.

The bottom pads do grip decently, though it is weighted more to the back, which makes it easier to tilt. This mainly will happen if you push your pencil in with too much force.

It only works with standard sized pencils.

And looking in the inside, the blade is the larger kind, with a decent motor.

It’s made to handle moderate usage, prevents overheating if you try to use it too much, doesn’t over sharpen you pencils, and comes with a two year warranty.
