Product Description
This Excel TBC-50 Heavy Duty Non-Adhesive Material Cutter is ideal for heavy production to cut tubing, sleeving, hook-and-loop, Nomex®, etc. This cutter can cut up to 4.33" (110mm) wide material or multiple rolls, and can cut up to 140 pieces per minute at 2" (50mm) in length. The Excel TBC-50 automatically stops when material runs out during operation. Plus, it has an adjustable pressure on feed roller for thin or smooth materials. This Excel TBC-50 Heavy Duty Non-Adhesive Material Cutter has a cutting blade that is made of high-speed steel that is perfect for frequent and heavy duty use.

Thank you for your question. Excel confirmed that the Excel TBC-50 Heavy Duty Non-Adhesive Velcro Cutter would be able to process 6-7 pieces per minute if they are 22 inches long. The only limiting factor would be the feed speed.
