A paper creaser help prevents tearing and cracking in toner based digital printouts, provides a clean professional look and help folding machines work with better accuracy, which in turn reduces errors and cost. Questions & Answers
This Creaser is capable of creasing/scoring covers for the creation of wrap around covers. However creating a double crease for a hinge affect on the front and back cover of a book would require you to actually crease the book 4 times (2 times for the front and 2 times for the back and creating crease marks so close together in a production type environment may prove to be difficult. If you absolutely need a double crease you might want to consider upgrading to the Powis Parker Fastback creaser which can be found here. https://www.mybinding.com/fastback-scoring-machine.html This machine comes with a double creasing die that will produce your desired result in a single action.
