This is the Globe-Weis Kraft Columbia Ring Binder Binding Case!
To start off, first we have to attach the binding rings. Slide them securely into the covers.
Now put the rings down and insert your pages into the spokes. We recommend only putting in about 50 or so sheets at a time—the more sheets you try at once, the harder it will be.
Bring the curved section up, push them inward and snap them in place. Then swivel the clamp around to hold your pages in place while not flipping pages around.
