Welcome to MyBinding video. Let's take a quick look at the HSM PowerLine FA 400.2 conveyor belt shredder. This is an industrial large capacity conveyor paper shredder, ideally designed for continuous operation at IT departments or other large business needing to shred large amounts of paper on a continual basis. Everything is controlled above the deck right here at the fingertips, including an emergency shutdown knob. The shredding capacity depends upon the model. The 1513 can handle 130 sheets, the 1514 120 sheets of 20 pound paper. That's pretty impressive and it can shred paper, laminated items, card stock, credit and store cards, some catalogues, CDs, DVDs, staples, paperclips, floppy disks and USB sticks. The machine runs itself with plenty of built in features but there is a reverse button that you can override, back things out and start again. It even oils itself and has a refillable reservoir right on deck. All the shred waste falls into a double bin just below - 104 gallons all on a roll-out cart that has easily lined and disposed of. Depending upon the model, you're going to get a strip or a cross cut. Model 1513 does a strip cut at level 2 security and 1514 cross cut at level 3. The 400.2 really does run on its own, forward and auto reverse and stops when things are full. There it is. That's the PowerLine FA 400.2 by HSM. HSM FA400.2cc Cross Cut Conveyor Belt Shredder Review

Often industrial shredders sacrifice security for quantity and speed. HSM's answer to this dilemma is the FA400.2cc Cross Cut Conveyor Belt Shredder. This machine is designed to continually shred massive amounts of material on a daily basis while still offering a medium level security for the safe disposal of confidential information. Here is a closer look at the details of the FA400.2cc.

Strengths:

  • A master switch supplies power to this machine. The soft touch control pad runs both continuous and reverse operations. Reverse automatically kicks in if a paper jam occurs, helping to quickly unclog the blades. If the shred bag is full, the motor stops running until the container has been emptied and replaced. When not in use, the engine idles quietly without energy consumption.

  • To ensure maximum efficiency, the powerful motor is equipped with a gear system and a sturdy chain drive. The engine is built to run continuously all day without needing a cool down time.

  • One thing that makes this shredder so convenient is the conveyor belt system. A large workspace provides a practical storage space for stacks waiting to be shred. It offers quick and easy loading of the electronic conveyor belt. The belt ensures optimal loading and operation.

  • Up to 120 sheets can slide into the blades at once through the wide 17 inch feed slot. Items can include staples, paperclips, credit cards, CDs, DVDs, and floppy disks. Materials are shred as fast as 68 feet per minute. The remnants remaining only measure
