Per the manufacturer of the Premium Hollow Paper Drill Bits (2" Long Style A), will fit Lassco Wizer Spinnit drills along with Challenge drills, so they should work for your Model JO.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately you would not be able to use paper drill bits with hand drill or standard drill press because they have a different shaped chuck that is proprietary to paper drills.
