Welcome to MyBinding.com. This is the Master 1025B 9/32” Punch Head replacement guide for the 1325B 3-Hole Punch by Martin Yale. To remove, replace, or add punch heads to your 1325B hole punch, start by removing the small ring located in the notch at the end of the steel rod. Then hold the base of the machine steady and pull the handle to slide the rod out of the punch head. Watch out though, the spring inside the head can release and pop the punch out suddenly. Take a flat blade screwdriver to remove the bolt holding the head in place, then you can remove the head. Reassemble the depth guide, replace the bolt inside the new head, and fit the square nut on the end of the bolt. Before you tighten it all the way down, use one hand to hold down the punch spring and use the other to push the rod back into the punch. Check your alignment and your depth guide, then tighten down the bolt. Just slip the metal ring back onto the rod and you’re good to go.
