Papermonster 9/32" Personal Plastic Comb Binding Machine - PB8

Welcome to MyBinding video. Let's take a look at PaperMonster's PB8, a complete personal plastic comb binding system. Built for the home or small office, the PB8 is a great little system. You can do everything right here, punching and binding, your book is done. The knob on the top unlocks the handle. This is the side margin control knob which allows you to set a setting so that all punches are consistent throughout your project. Use some scrap paper to make your first punch to see if things are lined up the way that you need. In getting with the covers, place them face down into the throat of the machine and press down and then continue on to the rest of the pages in your project, punching in batches of eight sheets of 20-pound paper or less. When you've processed all your pages, order your book together. It's now time to bind. The binding capacity of the PB8 is a half-inch, which is about up to 95 sheets of 20-pound paper. With the open end up, place the comb over the comb opener and make sure that it also slides under the second row of needles so it can grip. Then, with the two handles on either side of the machine, lift them up and open the teeth of the comb. Now, drape the project over the teeth, making sure it goes through all the holes all the way. Close up the comb and remove your book. You're all done. As with most PaperMonster machines, a sticker pack is included in your shipment.
