This is the Paper Pro 40 Sheet 3-Hole Punch!
First to lock and unlock the unit, push down on the hand press and pull on the left tab.
Insert up to 40 pages against the edge guides.
Then proceed to firmly press down. And mind you, with 40 pages, you really need to lean into it. but for 40 pages, that’s not too bad!
To empty the trimmings open up the front tab and shake everything out over a trash can.
