This Renz ERW is heavy-duty, fixed pitch, electric desktop punching and renz ring wire binding machines for all kinds of book and calendar production. Designed for the production of high volumes of documents of all sizes quickly and easily. It can make vertical punching quick and easy to punch accurately every time. Has QSA (Quick Size Adjustment) technology, for punching pins can be cancelled and paper formats can be changed quickly and easily. Depth gauge feature allows the operator to adjust the punched hole margin from 2 mm to 4,5 mm. This adds strength to the bound edge.This 3:1 Wire Binding Machine will bind up to 135 sheets. The closure control guarantees quick and exact wire closing.

Introducing the ERW from Renz. The ERW is the electrical 3:1 pitch model for punching and ring wire binding with additional features offering the user a greater degree of speed and comfort. Having measured your document, selected the wire closing diameter and set the punch for A4 or A5, you also have the additional options of adjusting the margin with the depth gauge and selecting from 38 punch pins which can be disengaged individually. Position your wire in the clamping fixture and bring the back cover of your document to the front. Punching your document is then made quick and easy with just one tap of the foot pedal and a fast punching cycle of only 1 second. After loading your document onto the wire, grip firmly in the middle with the finger and thumb of the left hand. Pull out of the clamp and place the wired document under the closing bar, ensuring that the wires are upright and flush against the back of the recess. Pull the smaller lever all the way down gently and your document is now bound and finished. Comfortable and rapid binding with the ERW from Renz.
