Questions & Answers
Q:
Rubber bottom falls off
Asked by ErinG 5 months ago
A:
The bottom of the stapler will have some grooves in which the base of the stapler should be able to be locked into if it is lined up.

Q:
a) how do you open this stapler for tacking? b) what do i do if the S.F.4 staples are jamming the stapler - do i try another staple size?
Asked by ChromeIsIt 5 months ago
A:
For the tacking, turn the 747 stapler over. On the base, you will see a metal lever. Push down on the metal lever and it will open for tacking.

Q:
what staples do I use for this stapler?
Asked by Jade 5 months ago
A:
I'm sorry to hear your stapler is not working properly! While we recommend S.F. 4 staples for improved performance, S.F. 1 staples are our standard staples and should work in your 747 stapler with no issues. Can you describe what is not working with the stapler?
