Questions & Answers

Asked by ErinG
The bottom of the stapler will have some grooves in which the base of the stapler should be able to be locked into if it is lined up.

For the tacking, turn the 747 stapler over. On the base, you will see a metal lever. Push down on the metal lever and it will open for tacking.

I'm sorry to hear your stapler is not working properly! While we recommend S.F. 4 staples for improved performance, S.F. 1 staples are our standard staples and should work in your 747 stapler with no issues. Can you describe what is not working with the stapler?
