As a teacher, I often need to punch 34 sheets at a time. The puncher easily does that;not many do. I have had the same puncher for years and it shows no sign of slowing down. I also use the 2 punch hole quite often. It's nice to have a versatile puncher.

Great Quality! Review by energykitten

Have had an adjustable/3 hole punch for a long time and it hasn't stopped yet. I also have a swingline stapler, and it keeps going. Swingline has great quality products that never fail!

this punch is sick Review by desertdwlr

oh man---at first we tried to jam this puppy up by feeding it as much paper as we could possibly jam into the sucker--whoosh cuts through
like not even there----then came the cardboard--whoosh again---plexiglass, noooo problemo senior... Once we got around to the 1/8 inch steel plate the betting was heavy and Charlie had to put it on the floor and jump down on the handle from two rungs up on the step ladder---he twisted his ankle but the resounding crack we heard wasn't his ankle busting but the plate giving way to thje mighty punches... Only problem we had was trying to retract the punches from the steel but a couple of swift smacks with the ball peen hammer freed them up. This is the Godzilla of punches

Welcome to MyBinding video. This is the 2-4 Hole Heavy Duty Hole Punch by Swingline. Ready for tough jobs and a whole lot of them, this hole punch can do just about anything. Its solid, all metal construction is built to last and adjustable fence allows you to set your settings so all punches are consistent. The center handle is great for right or left handed and it can punch up to 40 sheets of 20 pound paper per lift. Its flexibility is one of its greatest strength. On the top of the handle is a chart that allows you to see how many sheets you can punch with how many dyes. The Swingline hole punch comes with 4 different punch heads and you can put them in various configurations. Simply unscrew, loosen, slide them around and screw it back in. There's even a neutral position where you can store your extra dye and it doesn't punch through the paper. Everything is in there nice and tight and good and safe. There are plenty of binding and punching opportunities where you need various custom configurations. All chips gather in the tray below and are easily disposed. That is Swingline's 2-4 Hole Heavy Duty Hole Punch. For more demos, reviews and how to's, check out MyBinding.com
Questions & Answers
Q:
How can I adjust the depth of the holes punched? Even with one sheet of paper I can not get a complete hole punched. Is there a depth setting?
Asked by Orthopedic 7 months ago
A:
This product punches up to 40 sheets of paper, if you require a punch that can punch through a larger stack of paper, please look at the high capacity, heavy duty punches on our Web site www.swingline.com.

Q:
How do I adjust the punches to make the holes closer together? (To use a half-sheet sized paper rather than a full 8-1/2 x 11")
Asked by Taweng 7 months ago
A:
1. Remove the screw from the punch head that holds it to the chrome faceplate on the front of the punch
2. Make adjustments or change the punch heads by removing them from the back
3. Move punch heads back to the desired locations and replace each punch head locking screw. Make sure the screws are tight.
