Welcome to MyBinding video. Today we're looking at the Swingline SmartCut Commercial 24-inch rotary paper trimmer. Lightweight and easy to use, the SmartCut 24 is a great commercial-style trimmer. Place your materials underneath the guide fence and lock it down with the green toggle on the end of the machine. To engage the trimmer, press down on the large green knob and slide it across the fence. The greatest selling point of the SmartCut Commercial 24 is its large work and cutting area, 24 inches. Seemingly any size project can be done on this machine. Swingline's Commercial line claims to cut up to 30 sheets of 20lb paper in a trim. So we put that to test, first with ten sheets. With roller trimmers you can go back and forth over the same set of projects to cut through all the stack. With ten, we had to go three or four times. With 20, we had to go about six times across the project. And with 30 sheets, we had to go nine times. This is kind of a lot. It does cut through all 30 but it's a bit of work. But with its size, weight, safety, and ample measuring tools, this is a great buy. That's Swingline's SmartCut Commercial 24. Swingline SmartCut Commercial 24" Rotary Trimmer Review

If you need a commercial-grade rotary trimmer for your workplace, one product that deserves a look is the Swingline SmartCut 9624. This is one of Swingline's premier products and once you read the review below, you'll see why. So sit back and prepare to find out what this product has going for it and what it can do for you, as well as the kind of grade it gets.

  • This paper cutter can handle up to 30 sheets of paper at a time. A 30-sheet cutting capacity is excellent for a rotary trimmer and it will make it easy for you to quickly cut all of your paper.

  • The 9624 can cut paper that's up to 24 inches long, so you'll be able to trim your large documents with it. And, of course, you can also use it to cut letter- and legal-sized sheets as well as photographs.

  • This is one of Swingline's most durable rotary trimmers. The blade itself is made out of steel and is strong enough to handle big cutting jobs. Meanwhile, the base is made out of metal, not plastic, so you'll be able to use this device for years.

  • Since the 9624 can cut large items, it almost goes without saying that this device is pretty big. While it will take up a lot of room, it does mean that the base is nice and roomy, so you'll have ample workspace in which to process your paper.

  • The base of this trimmer has an alignment grid on it so it will be easy to line up your paper before cutting it. There are also metric and standard measurements printed on the base so you can measure your documents, if necessary.

  • The 9624 has a manual clamp that will keep your items in place so they can be cut easily. And when it's time to finally trim your materials, just place them under the transparent paper guide. You'll be able to keep an eye on your work so you'll wind up with the results you want.

  • This product is backed by a limited one-year warranty so you'll never have to worry about having to put out money for a new trimmer. It doesn't get much better than that.

Final grade: A-. The Swingline SmartCut 9624 is one of the company's best rotary trimmers. You can't go wrong with a 30-sheet cutting capacity and it really helps this distinguish this trimmer from the others than can only handle 10 sheets or so. You'll be able to use this device to trim both large and small sheets of paper, so it's very versatile. You'll also appreciate how easy it is to use. You should be prepared to make a fair amount of room for it (given that the cutting length is so generous), but overall, the 9624 is definitely at the top of the class. It's the one you should get if you need a rotary trimmer, so take at look at it today.
