To get your pages in, open the covers and lift up on the two side tabs. Make sure the sliding holders are not over them first.
Then remove the holding bar and the top cover.
Now slip in your three ring punched paper; the middle holes won’t have a spoke to go through.
Now your pages are in, put the cover back on, then the holding bar and fold the spokes flat onto the bar.
