Thank you for your question. The adhesive on the Soft Touch Matte Laminating Film Has a activation temperature 240 degrees. Unfortunetley we do not have a Soft Touch film with a low melt adhesive available. You can find our selection of matte low melt films here .

Thank you for your question. The Ledco HD-25 should be able to use a soft touch laminate. The Soft Touch Matte Laminating Film is a thin film what you are seeing may be a issue of too much heat. I would reach out directly to the Ledco and see what they recommend for settings on their machine with a 1.4 mil Soft Touch Matte Laminating Film.

Thank you for your question. For laminating digital prints there is specialized laminate designed to melt at a lower temperature and has a more aggressive adhesive. It activates at a lower temperature to help prevent smudging. It can be found on our roll lamination page listed under Digital Film.

Thank you for your question. We spoke with the manufacturer and the Soft Touch Matte Laminating Film would work for doing single sided lamination.

After you laminate your items with this soft touch laminate you should be able to write on the surface with a standard ball point pen or pencil. Standard gloss films can be difficult to write on with anything but a permanent marker. This makes this film a great choice for business cards and other applications where you may need to write on the surface after lamination.

This film melts at approximately 240 degrees. However it can vary by 10-20 degrees depending on your laminator.
