Thank you for your question. One issue that you may run into with cutting Laminating Pouches down into small puzzle pieces would be potential delamination. The more the cut pieces are handled and manipulated the more likely the laminate will come apart after it has been cut and the "seal broken".

The great thing about these pouches is they work with any lamintor that can do the thickness of the pouch. So if you are using a 5mil magnetic pouch, a 5 mil laminator will do the job! These are great for family pictures, art projects and so much more!
