Multigraf Touchline CF375 Creasing, Perforating, Folding Machine offers unmatched flexibility and automation in the market. It features the Multigraf Swingbar system that is known for creating perfect creases without paper breakage. Crease depth adjustment is fully automated. In creating the perfect fold, the machine has the patented Multigraf Pro-Knife system that creates perfect folds without leaving marks on the sheets. Automation allows the machine to run at speeds of 6000 A5 sheets per hour, regardless of the number of folds and creases. A perforating device is available for the bottom output. Speeding up the finishing process is a high pile feeder that utilizes a suction system, a blower blade for perfect sheet separation, double sheet detection, and simple start-up. The machine operates without a compressor which significantly reduces noise emissions. The machine can handle weights up to 400 gsm and accepts a maximum format of 375 x 660 mm (14.76 x 25.98"). With an optional table extension, sheet formats up to 375 x 1050 mm (14.76 x 41.34"). The unit is very compact with dimensions of 1860 x 600 mm (73.23 x 23.62") and mounted on casters for mobility.
