Welcome to MyBinding video. This is the Acco Expandable Hanging Binders. They hold paper so you can organize them in standard filing drawers. And now here's how to set it up. One binder spine will have your two posts already inserted into it. My personal suggestion is to first extend out the hooks so you know which way is up because I will admit that the first time I set this up, I set it up upside down. Close the bind cover and make sure that it's flipped on the correct side. Now we insert the post through the first cover. If you want to use the handle, now is the time to put it in. Then insert your pages. This binder can hold up to 6 inches worth of paper. If you want the spine label on, now is the time to do that. Note that if you have the handle, the two will interfere slightly with each other and note that when the other spine is not on yet, it won't lay flat but now is the time to add your last cover. The last binding spine is a little tricky. First open the cover. There are two notches for the handles. To get the post through, you have to pull them to the second notch. This takes a lot of force, so much so that I thought I was going to break it but it held through still. And now you can insert the post through the holes. Now fold the post down and slide the hooks to the first notch. Then carefully close the cover so that the posts aren't sticking out. And that is the expandable hanging binders.
