Akiles Diamond 6 and 7 Corner Rounding Machine 1/4" Radius Knife w/ Lower Blade Pad and Base

This replacement knife is designed for use with the Akiles Diamond 6 and Diamond 7 Electric Heavy Duty Corner Rounding Machine. The Akiles Diamond 6 and 7 are designed for high volume corner rounding applications, providing a stylish round edge with the premium presentation. This die can be used with the Akiles Diamond 6 and 7 to round the corners on almost 2" on material at a time. No other Corner Rounding Machine on the market offers this type of cutting capacity. It includes 1/4" radius thick blade, lower blade pad and blade base. A new and fresh blade surface pad provides up to 1,000 heavy-duty cuts. When the pad starts to worn out, simply slide it forward and cut a new surface edge for another 1,000 cuts. Be sure to select the Akiles Diamond 6 or 7 for all your corner rounding solutions.
