This is how to use Wire Calendar Hangers!

First, using a wire binding machines, punch the pages of your calendar at the top. Then do this with your chosen covers.

Next, with your half moon punch measured out to the correct size paper, punch your pages where you just punched your holes for the wire. Do this to the covers as well.

Thread your calendar into the wire facing up. Place the calendar hanger in, and then place your covers on(with the back cover on top of the front).

The wire hanger should be flush with the pages so the crimper does not smoosh it, you may have to place it in holding the hanger against the paper.  Then press the wire together.

Now it’s all together; we just have to cut off the excess wire where the loop is. This is an important step to pay attention to because if you don’t pay attention then it won’t look as nice.

A quick snip and you can see the ends of the wire still sticking out. To avoid this make sure the closed ends of the wire are exposed and cut the wire as close as possible to the end of the half moon. Oh and make sure your scissors are strong enough to cut the wire!

Now you have a fancy hanging calendar!

Questions & Answers

For the White Wire Calendar Hangers - 100pk, you would also need a 20mm thumb cut hole (or sometimes called Half moon) .

Coils can be used with Coils, but it is not as simple of a process as it is with twin wire. Basically you would need two pieces of coil with a small space in between for the hanger to move. Please contact our customer service team for further details on how to create something like that. 800-944-4573
