To use, first wet the tab with a wet cloth or lick it like an envelope. Then properly align the tab with your other tabs in mind, and stick it on.

Here is a close up. You can see there is a slight texture on the tabs. It is also more of a green color than gray as the name suggests.

You can write on them with marker, but pen and pencil would be more difficult.
