Great Question! So "O wire" is usually in reference to 19 loop wire. This wire is used with a comb punch pattern. The Twin loop wire is usually 3:1 or 2:1 pitch wire that works with wire machines. If you are not sure what supply to use for your machine, please feel free to call us so we can help you pick the right supplies.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, Spiral-O wire comes in only the 11" length. They would need to be manually cut down to work with a 8.5" width book.
