Thank you for your question. Although we do not stock parts, we are able to order them directly from the manufacturer if they have them available. For the Business Source Electric 2-3 Hole Punch they would not be user installable as opening the housing on the punch would void the manufacturer's warranty.

Thank you for your question. The Business Source Electric 2-3 Hole Punch does not have the option to manually move the punching heads. In speaking with the manufacturer the way "adjust" from 3 hole to 2 hole punching is to change the orientation of the paper from landscape to portrait.
