It’s a plastic folder, with two pockets and it’s very flexible and fairly durable.
You can fit a lot of pages into it, and the pockets themselves are pretty loose, which can be beneficial in some cases…until you drop it and all your pages fall out, but that’s pretty normal for these types of folders.
