This is the Cardinal White Antimicrobial ClearVue Locking Slant-D Binder!
Opening it up we see the gel padded side tabs for extra comfort—press them out to open the rings.
Insert your 3 hole punched pages and either close the rings up by pressing in the tabs, or pinching the middle ring together.
There is a pocket on the inside of the front cover and the back cover.
On the front you can insert a title page or other important information. You can do the same for the back of the cover, too. AND insert a thin strip on the side. So many options!
