This legal-size clip folder is made of sturdy sealed black vinyl. It features a top center brass finish clip to securely hold contents, and the notched cover folds back for compact note taking and stays flat when closed. Transcript: This is the Cardinal Black Sealed Vinyl Clip Folder with Pad!

Opening it up you’ll see a pad of paper already in place.

On the left is a pocket sleeve to keep a few loose pages as well.

Press on the clip and remove your pad by pulling on the center, bending it and pull it out.

There is a flap on the bottom that holds the chipboard in place, this design is why you must arch the pad to get it in the clip, but now it’s much more secure.
