Product Description
Optimize the bagging process with the Rollbag R785 Automatic Bagger. Do not underestimate this compact bagger as it has the same electronics as the larger floor-standing baggers. The bagger operates at a rate of up to 40 bags/min, making packaging fast for short batch runs. Eliminating the need for compressed air, the bagger does not further modification. Its compact design and small footprint make it easy to move around and set up virtually anywhere with an ordinary electrical outlet. The automatic bagger is engineered to accommodate poly bags on a roll up to 12” wide and 20” long. The high-power sealing magnet creates hermetic seals in poly bags up to 4 mil in thickness. A user-friendly touchscreen interface with the capacity to store up to 50 jobs makes product set-up a breeze. The machine features a seal flattener that automatically stretches the poly bag tight prior to sealing to minimize wrinkles. Other features include an articulating bag that supports heavy products to be handled more easily and a load shelf that can be adjusted to various angles to ensure optimal set-up for bulky products.
