These are Color-Bar Badge Holders! They have a colored bar on the top of the holder, and the rest is clear to display your card, which loads from the top. Attach a lanyard or badge reel with virtually any attachment, like this bulldog clip and vinyl strap. Or thread a chain in through the two small holes. They also come in several sizes and have an option for a cord. It’s really just a matching shoelace with an adjuster. And this here is the extra large holder.
