If twisted around 180 degrees the clip will extend beyond the edge of badge holder. The Clear Rigid Vinyl Horizontal Name Tag Holder w/ Clip Back is designed to be used in the horizontal orientation, it may cause issues if the clip is rotated 90 degrees to change the orientation to vertical.
