Product Description

These black Coverbind Ambassador on Demand covers allow you to create/print your own customized hard cover documents in just minutes. Never before has hard cover binding been this easy. These covers are pre-formed so that all you need to do is drop your pages in and the machine will do the rest. The front of each black Ambassador on demand cover has a debossed area for a custom printed label (labels are included in the box). This allows you to create one-off customized documents in just minutes using your inkjet or laser printer. Each hard cover case has a strip of aggressive EVA glue in the spine that is embedded with book fabric for added strength. This eliminates the need for crimping. Questions & Answers

You might be able to check with your local UPS Store or Staples, they might have a thermal binding machine, and be able to bind your book there. Or possibly a local Book Bindery.

The 3/4" might be too large for your document, if it is 114 sheets of 20 lb paper. To confirm that, please give us a call at 80-944-4573.

Thank you for your question. The Coverbind Black Ambassador On Demand Hard Covers have a texture that is similar to a Regency Leatherette or "Composition" cover. The have a vinyl like coating with a faux leather texture.

Thank you for your question. Any thermal binding cover will have issues with glossy stock. The coating on glossy stock inhibits it's ability to absorb the adhesive and form a secure bind. This limitation is for all thermal binding covers and not just these specific covers. We do not stock the Your Story Binder but these covers will work with most standard thermal binding systems. Reaching out directly to the manufacturer of the Your Story Binder will be your best to confirm compatibility.

Thank you for the question. The number of covers per pack depends on the size spine that you order. The quantity of the select size appears in the product listing title, abbreviated by "#pk" .

Thank you for your question. The Coverbind Ambassador On Demand Hard Covers are only available in black. We do have other hard covers that are available in white. All thermal hard covers benefit from using a crimper. The Hard Cover Crimper pinches the base of the book reinforcing the "grooved" look of hard cover books. The pressure it applies at the base of the spine which also helps get a secure bind.

Thank you for your question. After speaking with the manufacturer, covers that work with A4 paper would require custom made covers. Please give us a call and we can assist you with getting a quote.

Thank you for your question. We contacted CoverBind and unfortunately they do not have templates available for the labels or the specific offset for printing the labels.

Thank you for your question. Wholesale replacement of all the pages of a previously bound book would not work because if you remove all of the pages, it would pull too much glue out with those pages to get a reliable second bind. Just removing a page or two doesn't pull enough glue out to be detrimental.

Yes you should be able to print the labels for the front of these covers on most inkjet or laser printers. just run them through the printer and adhere them to the front of the cover.
