I just want to introduce to you our latest and our crease stream product range. It’s our low budget card creaser and in a moment we are going to put a six hour brochure which is three hundred and fifty TSM. We have got the… floating side on the left hand side is magnetized so easily put in position. On the right hand side, we have a fixed lay which has a skew adjuster so that caters for sheets that cut out a square. Now, we are going to thread in the creasing rip, so we use the guide of the channel below, the chosen guide, so already we have got the four channels underneath crating that stocks from paper lightweight all the way up to the heavy card stops. So there are four choices to go at. So we are fixing the second creasing module that takes less than ten seconds to do that and then the whole job being set up from start to finish takes just fifty seven seconds. So now we guide those into position and so we line them up with a block so we can catch the position of the whole perfect first time. And what we do then is just turn the handle put the sheets through, perfect fold positions, perfect creases, no cracking done in less than a minute.

The machine is currently set for a 6 page job We start by removing one of the creasing ribs to disengage that creasing tool Surplus magnetic support bars are removed and the magnetic side lay is moved to fit the job Support rollers are moved into position within the side lays The remaining creasing tool is moved into the correct position The entire job can now be processed accurately and at speed
