This is the Dahle Hand Held Canister Sharpener - 53463!
As you can see, the top of it is red.
Insert you wood pencil and start twisting; all the shavings get trapped in the canister and not all over the place!
Easily pop off the top—preferably over a trash can—and empty out the trimmings when it’s full.
The metal sharpener is attached to the top, and here’s just a nice look at it in action.
The final result is a nice, sharpened pencil!
Now your pencils are writing utensils, and not nose pickers, music batons, or drum sticks…well actually it still is those things…but you can write with it now!
