The unique programmability of the DFC-120 offers the operator several options such as Alternating Program, Interleave Program, and Block Program to assure non-stop productivity up to 4,200 straight stacking sets per hour.

Speaker 2: Duplo is proud to introduce another addition to its series of vertical collators. It’s a cost-effective collating solution for commercial, in-plant and quick printers as well as educational institutions. The DFC-120 roller feed collator features an easy-to-use control panel and new durable rollers. Each bin has an allowance of 1.1 inches of paper capacity, enabling more productivity. A new plastic roller has been incorporated to reduce paper curl. After paper loading, the only setup required by the end user is selecting either collating or booklet making and pressing ‘Start.’ Running a preset will allow the collator to know how many bins are in use. In the straight stacking mode, the DFC-120 collator can produce 70 sets per minute, up to 4,200 sets per hour. In the offset stacking mode, the DFC-120 collator can produce 65 sets per minute, up to 3,900 sets per hour. In the booklet making mode, end users can expect professionally finished books at speeds of up to 2,400 books per hour. The DFC series also includes the DFC-80, an 8-bin roller feed collator which can be expanded in-line with the DFC-S corner and side stapler. With a space-saving design, it fits nicely in smaller office spaces or on desktops. The DFC-120 is available in 12-bin or 24-bin configuration, 24 bins when in tandem with the DFC-120B. The DFC-120 and 120B can also be expanded with the DBM-120 Booklet Maker and the DBM-120T Trimmer, creating a powerhouse system that allows for both collating and booklet making.
